Only what you give us.
This site collects personal information in exactly two places: the contact form (name, work email, company, role, and your message) and the field-note download form (name, work email, company, role). We don't run advertising trackers, and we don't collect anything you don't type in yourself.
To reply to you. That's it.
We use what you submit to respond to your enquiry or deliver the document you requested, and to follow up on that conversation. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.
Submissions are stored in our own business systems (Microsoft 365) and delivery notifications are sent through our email provider (Resend). Both act as processors on our behalf and both are contractually restricted to that role.
Ask, and it's gone.
We keep submissions only as long as they're useful for the conversation they started. If you'd like to know what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, email hello@agentstrategyops.com and we'll take care of it.
