Why we exist.
AgentStrategyOps exists because of a gap we kept watching enterprises fall into: brilliant AI strategy that never became anything, and rushed AI builds that never should have shipped. Strategy and execution kept living in different rooms, run by different firms, accountable to no shared outcome.
